When my daughter first started school some 6 years ago, my mother-in-law began a new tradition, one from her own childhood: taking Emily shopping for a brand new outfit for the first day of school. With outlet locations in the Charlotte area at Concord Mills and Charlotte Premium Outlets as well as one at Tanger Outlets in Blowing Rock, we always find the OshKosh stores to be well-organized, clean and full of great selections of the latest styles (for which you can also shop online). This year is no different! While Emily's school instituted a more strict dress code policy this year, we had no trouble finding lots of stylish pieces with many mix and match options. And the best part was that OshKosh now carries up to a size 14 so we were able to find all of Emily's favorites in just the right fit for our tall and slender girl. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to shop at an OshKosh outlet recently and immediately fell in love with three patterned blouses, inspiring tees, and a cute pair of slim jeans. Then came the best part: outfitting! I used my imagination, and in my head became a model on Hollywood, strutting down the red carpet like a peacock with his feathers in full bloom as I tried on the different styles. Modeling was fun and made for an exciting shopping experience. OshKosh also carries shoes, accessories, and underwear to complete the outfit.
