What do you do with left over candy canes? Make Valentines Day suckers, of course!
- Candy Canes
- Lollipop Sticks (available at craft or hobby store)
- Baking pan
Heat oven to 250 degrees and cook for 6 – 8 min depending on the candy cane (some melt a little faster than others). I did just one first so I knew how long it would take for the rest. After they have baked for 6 – 8 min, simply press the ends that are not connected together, push the stick in and let it cool for 10 min. They should be hard enough and stuck together. A yummy and cute way to get rid of the candy canes. Put a small cello bag on with a pretty ribbon tied around the bottom and it makes a cute little Valentine!
