The Hickory Public Libraries and the Catawba/Burke/Caldwell County Libraries are pleased to offer free children's storytimes & programs. These are a blast for the children and a great way to meet other moms or dads in the community! Please be sure to confirm times before attending! Patrick Beaver Memorial Library

Babytime: Fridays from 10:00 AM- 10:30 AM (for newborn and crawlers)
Toddler Storytime: Wednesdays from 11:00 AM- 11:30 AM (toddlers - 3 year olds)
Kids' Stories: Tuesdays from 11:00 AM- 11:30 AM (ages 3 and up)
"Paws to Read"- Children can sign up to read to a therapy dog. Call in advance for an appointment at 304-0500 ext. 7271. This program is recommended for beginning or reluctant readers and is held Thursdays from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM and select Wednesday afternoons.
Ridgeview Branch Library

Tales & Tunes- Children can enjoy stories and music! This program is from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM on Mondays, for children ages 3-5 year old. No registration is required and you can call for more information.
