Thanksgiving Bingo

A holiday twist on an old favorite

By Michelle Melnik, Deerfield MA Publisher November 21, 2013

If you're looking for something fun to do while waiting on Thanksgiving dinner, why not play a game of Bingo with a Thanksgiving twist.  We created the playing cards with the letters T - H - A - N - K - S, then randomly added the numbers 1 - 50 in the four rows under the letters.

We are using small construction paper circles for the markers, but you could use coins, buttons, cotton balls (this would work for a SNOWY version of BINGO).  You could also laminate the playing cards, then children can use actual markers to make a check mark or write an X on the boxes.  When the game is over, simply wipe the playing cards, so you can play again.
