Macaroni Review ~ Jabra Rox Wireless Earbuds

By Eric Hall December 4, 2014
I have a confession to make: I’m a bit of a music snob.  That being the case, I can’t listen to good music on poor quality equipment.  Luckily, I recently had the opportunity to “test drive” Jabra’s Rox Wireless earbuds. The sound quality was superb and they were comfortable to wear for long periods at a time.  With 5.5 hrs of talk time or 6 hrs of music listening, it allowed me to take my music and hands free convenience places I never had before.

Small and lightweight, the Rox Wireless earbuds are very comfortable with interchangeable “ear gels” to fit different sized ears; optional “ear wings” help hold them in place while working out or rocking out.   I was especially glad that I was able to wear these comfortably while wearing a variety of motorcycle helmets.  High-definition Dolby sound makes audio content sound great, with no tangled wires to contend with. Navigating between phone calls and music is easily handled with inline controls so you can leave your gadget in your pocket or purse.

Designed to be used and abused, the Rox Wireless is made of solid steel to protect it from dust and water.  When not in use, the unit has a unique energy saving feature:  simply connect the magnetic earbuds together and it automatically enters power saving mode. The earbuds stay charged for a whopping 432 hours of standby time after fully charging with the provided USB cord.  A protective bag is also included in the beautifully designed box.

If you have a music connoisseur or a gadget enthusiast on your Christmas shopping list, consider the Jabra Rox Wireless earbuds.  They provide excellent convenience of wireless hands-free capability with amazing sound quality that will please the most discerning of audiophiles.
