Turkey Fruit Platter ~ A Healthy & Festive Thanksgiving Treat

This is a fun fruit platter for Thanksgiving or ANY day and it makes a festive decoration to your holiday table! You can use a variety of fruits and mix in cheeses or veggies to achieve a similar look. Pick your family's favorites to help you fill up with this healthy option.

Suggested ingredients:
Grapes
Kiwi
Melon
Strawberries
Blueberries
1 pear
2 mini marshmallows
Black icing

What you do:

1. Cut the pear in half, then place one of the halves at the bottom center of a large, round platter.

2. Arrange the fruit in an arch around the pear half, layering the colors.

3. Use a toothpick to attach the marshmallows eyes to the pear and add a dot of black icing.

4. Cut a piece of the orange melon into small slices to make the legs and beak and arrange them on the pear.
