With summer approaching, Hickory-W Piedmont Macaroni Kid is partnering with area camps to provide you with all the info you need to begin making your summer break plans. Our area has many excellent summer camps and programs, and we will be showcasing many from our 2019 Summer Camp Guide!
Join us this summer as we learn and grow through dance, drama and music! Through age-appropriate classes and activities led by professional faculty, students will develop strong technique and artistry in a nurturing environment, while discovering the joy of honing a craft.

Ages 4 through 12th grade
- ages 4-5 for preschool camps
- rising 1st-5th grade for elementary school camps
- rising 6th-12th grade for middle & high school camps

Camp Descriptions
- June 17-21: Bugs & Butterflies Camp (Preschoolers 4-5 years old), Ballet Intensive (rising 1st – 5th), Ballet Intensive (Level 4-6, 6th-12th grade)
- June 24-28: Mother Goose Camp (Preschoolers 3-5 years old), Youth Musical Theatre (ages 10+)
- July 8-12: Ballerina Camp (Preschoolers 4-5 years old), Ballet Intensive (ages 6-9), Ballet Intensive Levels 4-6 (6th-12th grade)
- July 15-19: Fancy Nancy Camp (Preschoolers 4-5 years old), Acting Intensive (ages 10-17)
- July 22-26: Dr. Seuss Camp (Preschoolers 4-5 years old), Ballet Intensive Level 3 (ages 9 and up), Ballet Intensive Levels 4-6 (6th-12th grade)
- July 29-Aug 2: Under the Sea Camp (Preschoolers 4-5 years old), Skill Builder (rising 1st-5th grade), Student Choreography (6th-12th grade)
- Aug 5-9: Acting Intensive (ages 10-17)
Cost:
- $150/week for preschool and elementary school camps
- $200/week for middle & high school camps
Discounts:
- 10% sibling discount
Open Dance Classes:
for ages 8 and up June 17th - August 2nd.
Drop in for $20/class or save with a Summer Series Card.
Beginner/Intermediate 4:30-6pm, Intermediate/Advanced 6-7:30pm
