Are you looking for a quick and cute idea for an Easter treat for your school or family? Keep reading to learn how my son and I created a simple and fun gift for his preschool class with a free printable (available below) and Zollipops, the Clean Teeth Pops!
1. First, we ordered our treats using Amazon Prime (hello, convenience!). Zollipops are a great choice for classroom gifts, as they are not only sugar-free, but also gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, non-GMO, and are naturally colored and flavored. As a mom with a child with nut allergies, I know how important it is to feel confident that the products you are purchasing are safe. And, as we were creating our treats, my son reminded me that he also has a friend in his class who cannot not have red dye (it's amazing what they know about each other!). Zollipops get their vibrant colors from natural ingredients like beetroot juice and turmeric, so no one is left out. Not to mention, they're teeth and smile friendly too!
2. After printing the half-sheet design (available below) and cutting it in half to create two gifts, we gently bent the paper without creasing and cut two slits for the Zollipop stick. This could also be achieved more precisely by cutting slits with a paper cutting tool, like a utility knife.
3. Then, we just inserted the Zollipops stick and aligned the candy piece to create the bunny's nose.
4. And, just like that, our little "Somebunny Loves You!" treats are ready to go! My son is excited to share, and I am happy knowing that the treats we're giving this year are great for the whole class!
