This Sunday, Murray's Mill Historic District and the Historical Association of Catawba County hosts a free Family Day at the Mill! Sunday, May 26th from 11am-5pm, Murray's Mill will be the setting of a celebration of beautiful Catawba County and the families who live, work, and play in Catawba County. Murray's Mill, located at 1489 Murrays Mill Rd in Catawba, NC, is a quick 10 minute drive off I-40.
Take a look at the lineup for this relaxing, good-old-fashioned-fun day. Donations for the preservation and upkeep of the historic sites are greatly appreciated!

- Hay rides
- Old-fashioned games for the kids
- Picker’s Porch with open mic acoustic stage
- Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Bake Sale
- Bake sale
- Demonstrations by Piedmont Fiber Guild & CVCC Ceramic Studio
- Tour the John Murray house and see renovations in progress
- Hike three miles of trails
- Family photo stations ($5 a photo)
- Shop at the general store
