Sea Life gets a Spooky makeover ~ Ticket Giveaway!

October 15, 2020

Have you been looking for the perfect Halloween themed experience to entertain your family? Sea Life in Charlotte/Concord has completely transformed this Halloween season with two different experiences: Spooky Seas and Scary Seas.

We ventured out to take a first-hand look at Spooky Seas. Spooky Seas is the "Daytime fishy fun for everyone," that the whole family can enjoy. I took my 7-year-old son and my 2-year-old niece, and they both loved it.

Now through the end of October, you can visit Sea Life and experience Spooky Seas during the daytime hours. When you first walk in you'll be greeted by one of the amazing staff members, and kids are given a game to stamp throughout the aquarium. Each station has an embossing press, and if you find them all you'll win a prize at the end.

From there it is a self-guided tour through the Aquarium, with fun Halloween decorations around every corner. Stop and touch a sea star or sea urchin at the touch-tank, and do a Halloween craft at the craft table. There are also fun photo ops and dance parties throughout the Aquarium, but I think their favorite part was the ocean tunnel- where you can have sharks and stink rays swimming right over your head.

Sea Life is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of guests, including enhanced physical distancing measures and stringent cleaning protocols. Due to limited capacity requirements, we highly recommend you visit their website and get your tickets online. Guests 5 and older are required to wear a mask while inside the aquarium.

Want to win tickets? You can CLICK HERE to enter our giveaway. We will be giving away a Family Pack including 4 tickets to Sea Life in Charlotte/Concord Mills. This giveaway is now closed.

Visit Spooky Seas (fun for the whole family) now through the end of the month, from 11 am to 3 pm. Sea Life becomes Scary Seas after 6 pm when the aquarium breaks out the scarier decore for the older crowd (recommended for 13+).
