Momma Mia at The Green Room Community Theatre

Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend at The Green Room Community Theatre with the opening of Mamma Mia!  Featuring the hits of the famous pop-rock group, ABBA, this musical comedy tells the hilarious story of a young woman’s search for her birth father. This sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise.  On the eve of her wedding, a daughter’s quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother’s past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.  Fans of the magical music group ABBA will have the opportunity to relive all of their greatest hits.  

The show is produced by Automated Machine Design, directed by Allison Andrews, musically directed by Marie Denig, and choreographed by Gina Duckworth.   

 

There will be performances on May 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 2022.  On Friday and Saturday, performances will be at 7:30pm.  On Sunday, performances will be at 3:00pm.  Tickets are available online or by calling the Box Office at 828-464-6128 (open Wednesdays – Fridays from 10:00am to 5:00pm).
