Description
The sweetest festival in Western North Carolina is in downtown Marion, covering several blocks of the iconic small-town Main Street. In addition to a hundred varieties of donuts, cupcakes, cookies and other pastries, find 150 vendors with crafts, local goods, games and savory food. Burn off some calories with a 5K. Hours are 10 AM-3 PM, and admission is free.The SWEETEST event around! Local artisans and craftsmen will show their wares, a wide variety of items from food to handmade treasures will be available for purchase, and lots of fun for the kids. The festival will also feature: 5K Dash, The Carolina Donut Festival Car Raffle, Donut Pageant and a donut eating contest.
