So let's make it a little easier to meet your tribe- Here is a list of social groups, support groups and clubs where other women are looking to connect with you; whether you are a stay-at-home mom, a work-from-home mom, or a go-to-work mom; we have a group of women for you to connect with!
| MOPS & MOMSnext Hickory First United Methodist Church, 311 3rd Ave NE MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, but we also have a MOMSnext group so we welcome moms with kids of any age! We believe that better moms make a better world and we are committed to making sure every mother knows she’s not alone! We are a group of moms that meet monthly for coffee, Jesus, and friendship. Along with meetings, we also host play dates and moms night out events throughout the year. What to expect: Breakfast, Speakers and videos, Fellowship, Mentor Interaction, Crafts and Activities, Service Projects, Childcare Cost to join: $100 for the year (can be payable by semester) which includes international MOPS dues and local dues to cover childcare, supplies, crafts, and speakers. Whether you stay at home full-time, work part-time, or have a home-based business, if you are with your children during the day, we have activities for you and your child.
