Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Are you looking for adventurous outdoor activities or exciting things for your kids to do this summer? From gliding in the treetops to teaching life values in easy-to-understand ways, kids won't want summer camp to end. Your kids will enjoy participating in our Aerial Adventure Challenge Course, hiking, water activities, team-building activities, outdoor games & crafts. Kids will enjoy doing one of the Aerial Adventure Challenge Courses EVERY DAY of camp. These tree-top courses consist of multiple games, fun climbing elements, zip lines, and take about an hour to two hours to complete. Courses are designed for different ages and skill levels to create a fun & safe experience for all. Be sure to bring a water bottle, snack & lunch, swimsuit, towel, bug spray, sunscreen, and a life jacket.
